1.1 The purpose of the current Privacy Policy document issued by EOS Athens Blockchain Technologies (hereinafter also denoted as "EOS Athens", "the Company", "we" or "us"), is to inform its users regarding the handling of their data and imprint in an as descriptive manner as possible our data related activities, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) taking into effect since 25th of May 2018. Until further notice, this Privacy Policy applies to all software-related artifacts officially launched by EOS Athens, to which we are collectively referring to as "the Service", including this very website, as well as any other under development or future products and/or services.

7.1 The security of your data is of great significance for EOS Athens. However, please remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage can guarantee absolute security.

8.1 We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate the provision of our Service ("Service Providers"), to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related activities or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used (e.g. Google Analytics).

8.2 Any Service Provider having access to Personal or other data is obligated not to disclose this information and make use of it only for the purpose of which they were authorized by EOS Athens.  

9. Links to Other Sites

9.1 Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by EOS Athens. If you click on a third party link, directing outside of our official domain, you will be landed in that third party's site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.

10. Children's Privacy

10.1 Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 ("Children").

10.2 We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or a guardian and you are aware that your Children have provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. Once we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from Children without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove the corresponding information from our servers.

11.1 We may occasionally update our Privacy Policy, the new version of which will be available on this page. You will be informed via email and/or a prominent notice on our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the "Effective Date" at the top of this Privacy Policy. 

11.2 You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes are effective immediately when they are posted on this page.
